Car Hire Service includes Fast Wheels allocating you a driving instructor which will involve them assessing the pupil’s driving,provide them learning support and allowing the pupil the use of their car for the driving test.

Assessing Lesson – A assessment lesson may be requested by a driving instructor to evaluate the pupils driving before they allow their car for test use.The fee for this will be £100 for a 2 hour lesson.
Test Ready – When booking our Car Hire, the pupil confirms that they have completed the learning and meet the required DVSA testing standards.The instructor will refuse to provide their car for the driving test if they believe the pupil poses a danger to the examiner,road users, the car or themselves.In these situations, the pupil will still be required to pay any outstanding fees owed to the instructor.
Driving Instructor is a DVSA approved individual that is qualified to teach learner drivers.All instructors are independent and do NOT work under the guidance of Fast Wheels driving school.The fees remaining after paying the deposit are to be directly settled with the driving instructor.
Agent is Fast Wheels Driving School
Pupil is the customer of Fast Wheels driving school (learner driver)
Pupil Responsibility –The pupil is the one responsible for supplying the agent with the correct details of the driving test location and time.If the pupil doesn’t notify the agent of any changes, the agent cannot be held liable for any resulting issues.
DVSA Test Cancellation – If the DVSA cancels your driving test with less than three working days’ notice, such as shortage of examiners, you will still need to pay our fees. However, these costs can be claimed from the DVSA.
Agent agreement is to arrange a car, either automatic or manual, for the test. However, there is no obligation to provide a specific car model,make or fuel type.
Refunds – Payments made for car hire are non-refundable. However, if Fast Wheels driving school is unable to provide a driving instructor, you will be fully refunded.
Meeting arrangement is to be discussed in advance, the instructor will meet and drop off the pupil at the DVSA driving test center where the test is scheduled.
