We need experienced digital marketing and ecommerce specialists to keep pace with the growth of our business, including our own e-commerce space. You are passionate about beauty, health and well-being. And they have proven experience in driving brands, facilitating sales and creating revenue opportunities digitally. This role helps to work closely with the team to develop and deliver an engaging digital marketing strategy, increase awareness, support customer experience, and achieve ecommerce goals.

The right person thrives on working on different brands at the same time, and it is fun to be part of a small team. Reporting directly to the marketing manager, this role is an integral part of the marketing team; Also support the sales team through retail online channel promotions and forums.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with the Marketing and Brand team to develop and implement digital marketing and ecommerce strategies
  • Manage ecommerce business activities, including details, images, descriptions, forum improvements, promotional activities
  • Lead a digital promotion plan to increase sales, average basket size, purchase frequency and ROI
  • Paid Search Advertising – Google AdWords, PPC, SEM and SEO Management
  • Lead the required development from internal / external suppliers (eg internal design team or logistics team, external platform or technology services).
  • Analysis of visitor browsing features to identify website preferences and inform site and / or product insights and recommendations on the back of the website and through Google Analytics
  • Work closely with marketing, brand, and content team members to plan and execute activities on digital channels, including retail partners
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and plan customer lifecycle travel, including system integration, data management, customer acquisition, partitioning and retention
  • Provide weekly screenshot and monthly report

This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with two years of experience in this space to step in and truly make it their own. Of course, we expect knowledge on all key digital platforms and social channels, but it would be good to understand the high level of WordPress.
