Rapi and Cub are expanding their collaboration to create custom digital insurance offerings in Latin America

New York, Lisbon, Nov. 4, 2021 – Rapi, Latin American Super App, and Cub, the world’s largest publicly traded property and victim insurance company, announced today that they have expanded their partnership to create a custom digital insurance offering for millions of users in the region. The announcement was made at the 2021 Web Summit, Europe’s largest technology conference in Lisbon, Portugal.

In this new phase of the partnership, the two companies will work together to develop new and custom products for RappiBank and RappiTravel users. Earlier this year, Mexico’s Rapi and Cub introduced insurance products and services to prevent cell phone theft or damage, fraudulent Internet shopping and identity theft coverage, and home insurance and content protection.

The expanded alliance brings together Cub Industry’s leading digital integration capabilities and Rapin’s in-depth customer research and machine learning models to create innovative digital insurance products to meet the needs of Rapi users.
