The Prospector Park project receives ODNR donations
Prospect – Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) approves NatureWorks donation to Hope Village The $ 82,448 grant will be used to develop parking and concrete walkways and to improve basketball.
The grant is part of an ODNR award of over $ 5.2 million for 115 park projects in 79 Ohio County.
NatureWorks subsidies provide up to 75% return support for local government subdivisions (cities, villages, towns, counties, park districts, common recreation districts and conservation districts) for access, development and rehabilitation. The projects will be funded by the Ohio Parks and Natural Resources Bond, which was approved by the Ohio in November 1993.

United Church Homes Michael Hughes has announced that he will join United Church Homes in late November as Senior Vice President and Transformation and Innovation Officer.

Hughes currently resides in Silver Spring, Maryland, and has come to the UHH for more than 17 years with experience in developing and managing programs, partnerships to improve care, healthcare, and care management.
The Department of Insurance requires Ohioans to report insurance fraud
Columbus – One of the leading white collar crimes in the country, according to several reports, more than $ 40 billion in insurance fraud is costing the family $ 700 a year.

During the last fiscal year, the department received 7,980 proxy violations and insurance fraud charges from insurance companies, consumers, government agencies, and law enforcement agencies. As a result, the department opened 777 administrative and criminal investigations, identified 142 violations and charged administrative and / or criminal charges against 103 individuals. Many issues involved millions of dollars.
