ZenBusiness – Austin’s new “Unicorn” software company, worth more than $ 1 billion, is growing.

The company announced last Tuesday that it had raised $ 200 million in the final fundraiser, valued at $ 1.7 billion.

The deal was brokered by Oak HC / FT with the support of Softbank Vision Fund 2 and existing investors Katie Innovation and Graycourt.

ZenBusiness collected $ 55 million a year ago and $ 15 million in 2019 before that.

A.D. Founded in 2017 by former HomeAway CEO Ross Buhrdorf, ZenBusiness offers a collection of digital tools focused on creating, building and managing businesses.

The company said its clients include entrepreneurs, gigs, online retailers, real estate investors, artists and liberators. The Zenbase Forum has grown by more than 400% since March 2020 and now employs more than 200,000 entrepreneurs, the company said.
